View Forms
The Forms page lists all forms owned by the logged in user. Only forms created on the device and forms owned by the user will be visible. By default, forms appear newest to oldest.
To open the Forms page, tap View Forms on the home page or Forms in the navigation menu.
Form list
By default, forms appear newest to oldest.
Each form listed displays the following information:
- The form name.
- The month, day, year, and time that the form was created.
- The state of the form (Draft, Completed, Pending) with corresponding color.

To view forms by status, tap the status tabs at the top of the page. You can view the following statuses:
- All – (default) Shows all forms on the device.
- Sync Ready – Shows forms ready to be synced to the server (Completed/Pending).
- Drafts – Shows a list of all draft forms.

To search for a specific form, tap into the Search field at the top of the page and begin typing the name of the form. The form list filters as you type. Tap the X at the right of the search field to clear the search and display the full list of forms.

Read-only copies of forms will be accessible under the All tab on the Forms Page with a timestamp that shows when the form was synced to the server. The length of time that copies can be accessed depends on the setting selected under the Settings section. Options are 0, 7, or 14 days.
Note: If a rejected version of a synched form becomes available, the read-only version will be removed from the device, and the normal rejected form behavior/workflow on the device will resume.
